Me In Time Counselling & Psychotherapy was founded by Stuart Walker and Claire Berkley-Walker, bringing together therapeutic support and reflective writing. Together, they created a space that recognises understanding ourselves can happen through conversation, creativity and quiet reflection.

Stuart Walker

Stuart Walker is an MBACP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist based in Manchester, offering in-person counselling and secure online therapy across the UK.

He specialises in men's mental health, fatherhood, grief, suicide bereavement and neurodivergence. Alongside private practice, he has extensive experience supporting people bereaved by suicide through AMPARO and regularly writes and speaks on counselling, mental health and emotional wellbeing.
