Views From The Other Side

Reflections by Claire Berkley-Walker

A growing collection of essays exploring creativity, identity, nature, slowing down, and the quieter moments that shape our lives.

Coming Soon

Claire Berkley-Walker is co-founder of Me In Time Counselling & Psychotherapy and the writer behind Views From The Other Side.

Whilst Stuart Walker's work centres on psychotherapy, men's mental health, fatherhood, grief and neurodivergence, Claire Berkley-Walker's work explores creativity, identity, nature, slowing down and the quieter moments of everyday life that often go unnoticed.

Rather than offering advice or quick answers, her reflections invite readers to pause, notice and see familiar experiences from a different perspective. Together, their writing reflects two complementary sides of Me In Time—one rooted in therapeutic conversation, the other in creativity, observation and reflection.

Alongside Stuart Walker's work exploring men's mental health, grief, fatherhood and neurodivergence, Claire's writing offers a complementary voice—one that values curiosity, connection, creativity and the importance of making space for ourselves in a busy world.

The first collection of articles is currently being prepared and will be published here soon.

Introducing Views From The Other Side

Me In Time: The Space Between Us

Over time, this space will become home to Claire's reflections, essays, photographs and creative work. It will explore nature, identity, creativity and the quieter ways we understand ourselves and the world around us. As the journey unfolds, it may also grow to include workshops, retreats and other opportunities to pause, reconnect and simply be.
