Real conversations, without judgement
I’m Stuart, an Integrative Therapist based in Manchester, working online with adults across the UK. Therapy is for anyone who wants space to talk about life’s challenges — whether that’s stress, anxiety, relationships, work pressures, or simply needing time to pause and reflect.
This first image reflects what counselling is really about: conversation. Listening, sharing, and being heard without stigma or apology. Much of my work focuses on men and fathers, who often want a safe, equal space to explore fatherhood, relationships, or grief. Therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical — it’s about connection, honesty, and being yourself.

An opportunity to unload and unpack.
We all carry things through life — pressures at work, family responsibilities, relationship struggles, or painful memories of loss. For fathers and men in particular, those loads are often invisible to others, hidden behind the expectation to cope or stay strong.
Counselling offers the chance to put some of that weight down. Together we can unpack what you’ve been carrying, piece by piece, and find healthier ways forward — an opportunity to feel lighter, supported, and understood.
Therapy can be for anyone.
This image captures something I believe deeply: therapy is for everyone. Many people — men especially — tell me they never thought counselling was for them, until they realised it was simply about being respected, supported, and given space to talk freely.
Whether you’re a father juggling family life, someone facing bereavement, or you’re dealing with everyday stress, anxiety, or relationships, therapy can offer clarity and perspective. My integrative, trauma-informed approach adapts to you — sometimes beginning with practical problem-solving, other times with deeper emotional exploration. Therapy is not about being told what to do; it’s about being heard, understood, and finding your own way.
What Does It Involve?
For me, therapy is not about fixing people — it’s about creating safe, grounded spaces where adults, men, fathers, and families can reflect, grow, and reconnect with what matters most.
Sessions last 50 minutes online and cost £60. I also keep a small number of low-cost places at £25 per session for those who are struggling financially, because I believe support should be accessible. Please get in touch so we can start that conversation.
If you’re looking for counselling in Manchester, delivered online across the UK — whether for men’s wellbeing, fatherhood, grief, bereavement, or general mental health — I offer a supportive space to begin that conversation.
