I’m Stuart a Manchester based therapist, I offer online counselling, therapy, and coaching across the UK, supporting adults through relationships, grief, fatherhood, everyday challenges, or simply feeling stuck.

This is a space to pause, reconnect, and move forward — at your own pace, with warmth, honesty, and respect.

I’m Stuart, Thanks for dropping by. I know that even just visiting a site like this can take something — courage, curiosity, or maybe a quiet sense that something needs to shift. If you're here, it’s probably because something matters to you right now.

Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of carrying things alone. Maybe you're not sure what you're looking for — only that you’d like somewhere to land for a while.

Me In Time is a space for just that.

Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of carrying things on your own. Maybe you’re not even sure what you’re looking for — only that you’d like somewhere to land for a while.

Me In Time is based in Manchester but works online across the UK, offering counselling, therapy, and life coaching for adults navigating stress, relationships, grief, fatherhood, or the challenges of men’s mental health. Whether you’re seeking support after loss, wanting to make a change, or just needing a safe space to talk, this is about finding support that meets you where you are.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t even need to have the questions all you need is a safe space to begin — and that’s what this is.

Take your time, look around — and if something feels right, I’d love to hear from you.

You Don’t Have to Walk It All Alone

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about walking alongside you as you find your own pace, path, and clarity.

Whether we’re working through grief, overwhelm, identity, or simply making space to breathe again — I’ll meet you with warmth, honesty, and respect.

For You and Yours

Maybe you’re a father trying to be there for your kids while navigating your own challenges. Maybe you’re carrying more than anyone realises.

This space is for you.

A place to pause. To reconnect. To feel supported.

Wherever you’re starting from, you're welcome here.

No pressure. No rush. Just a place where you can pause, breathe, and be met with honesty, care, and real support — whether that’s through counselling, coaching, or simply taking the first step.

You don’t have to have all the answers.

You don’t even need to have the questions.

You're welcome here, as you are.

Take your time. Look around. And if something feels right, I’d love to hear from you.

Whether you're exploring coaching, considering counselling, or simply have questions — you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

There’s no pressure here, no judgement — just space to pause, reflect, and feel heard. If something inside you is quietly saying “maybe now,” I’m here to listen.

Helping You Put It All Together

Maybe you’re at a crossroads. Or maybe you’ve just taken a wrong turn.

Therapy and coaching don’t always start with a crisis — sometimes they begin with a quiet sense that things could be different. That something isn’t sitting right. That you’ve lost track of yourself a little. If that’s where you are, you’re not alone.

This is a place where you can take a breath, figure things out, and pull together the pieces that matter most. Whether that’s sorting through feelings, finding clarity in chaos, or just giving yourself space to make sense of things.

You Don’t Have to Be a Superhero

Sometimes we all feel like we need to be a superhero. Especially for men, there's often this unspoken pressure to keep going, stay strong, and carry it all quietly. To be stoic. Capable. In control.

But you don’t have to be.

Therapy and coaching offer a different kind of strength — one that comes from honesty, reflection, and allowing yourself to be human. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
